Foods to increase amniotic fluid - #3012
I’m currently 30 weeks pregnant, and during my last scan, my doctor said my amniotic fluid levels are slightly low. It’s not dangerously low, but enough to make me worried. I’ve been looking for natural ways to help, and I came across some suggestions about foods to increase amniotic fluid. Can anyone share what foods might actually help in this situation? I’ve read that staying hydrated is important, so I’ve been drinking more water, coconut water, and juices. But are there specific foods to increase amniotic fluid that have worked for others? I heard about watermelon, cucumber, and foods with omega-3, but I’m not sure how effective they are. Should I also focus on protein-rich foods? If you’ve had low amniotic fluid before, how long did it take to see an improvement after making dietary changes? Are there any foods to avoid that could worsen the condition? I’m trying my best to stay calm, but I want to make sure I’m doing everything possible to help my baby. Any tips about foods to increase amniotic fluid or other natural methods would be greatly appreciated. I’m also curious if Ayurvedic remedies or herbal drinks could be helpful in this case.
