I am struggling with some chronic joint pain that just won’t go away. It's been bothering me for a couple of months now, and I've tried a lot of things, but no relief. My friend told me about Malabar Shastika Tailam, saying it really helped her aunt with similar issues. I’m curious if it could help me too? Last week, I went to an Ayurvedic clinic and they suggested some treatments, but the cost is kinda high, ya know? The doctor mentioned that Malabar Shastika Tailam could be used for my joint pain. But I don't really know much about it. Does anyone have experience using Malabar Shastika Tailam for joint issues? Like, did it help? I’ve also read some reviews online, but I'm not sure how trustworthy those are. I sometimes feel like I’m just swamped with information and conflicting advice.
