I am dealing with some pretty frustrating health issues lately. I've been struggling with digestion problems, it feels like no matter what I eat, I always end up feeling bloated and heavy, like my stomach is just not working right. A friend mentioned AVP Ardrakasavam, saying it could help with digestion, but I really have no idea how this stuff works.
