Sri Sri Tattva Go Amruth - #30898
I am dealing with a lot of digestive issues lately, and honestly, it’s driving me a bit nuts. For the last couple months, I’ve had this bloating and occasional heartburn, despite trying to eat healthier. My friend recommended the Sri Sri Tattva Go Amruth, saying it's helped her with similar issues. I thought I’d give it a shot but then I read some mixed things online, which kinda got me worried. So, I started taking the Sri Sri Tattva Go Amruth about a week ago. Some days feel better, but then I still end up feeling uncomfortable, you know? I’m not sure if its doing enough or if I should be doing more alongside it. I read somewhere that mixing it with certain foods might help, but I can’t remember which ones they suggested! Also, do you think I should expect some kind of strong results right away or is it normal for it to take a bit? Would love to hear if anyone else had experiences with the Sri Sri Tattva Go Amruth and what worked best for you guys? Like if there’s other lifestyle changes that would help me as well. I'm just looking for anything that might ease this discomfort! Thanks!!

Doctors’ responses
When dealing with digestive issues like bloating and heartburn, it’s crucial to take a comprehensive approach aligned with your body’s needs. Sri Sri Tattva Go Amruth, which contains ingredients like Trikatu, is generally known to aid digestion and metabolism. However, responses can vary depending on individual constitution (prakriti) and dosha imbalances.
Firstly, it’s important not to rely solely on supplements. While Go Amruth may support your digestion, integrating lifestyle changes and food habits are equally essential. Continue taking Go Amruth on an empty stomach or as directed, usually 5-10 ml twice daily, but monitor how your body responds closely. If any discomfort persists, it’s best to consult with an Ayurvedic physician for personalized advise.
Regarding dietary habits, try eating lighter, well-cooked meals and warm foods. Incorporating ginger tea and fennel seeds can naturally soothe the digestive tract. Avoid cold beverages and raw or heavy foods, especially at night, since these can provoke vata and pitta doshas, potentially worsening bloating and heartburn. Mindful eating, such as chewing food properly and eating at regular intervals, also aids digestion. Reducing stress and practicing pranayama or light yoga may further balance your digestive fire (agni).
Don’t expect immediate drastic results; Ayurvedic treatments often work cumulatively and may take a couple weeks to show significant improvements. Patience is key, alongside consistent practice of holistic habits. If symptoms persist or intensify, seeking professional medical evaluation is important ensure no underlying issue needs addressing.
