I am recently trying to dive deeper into Ayurvedic remedies since I’ve been dealing with some pretty annoying digestive issues. For the last few months, I've felt bloated and just overall uneasy after meals. A friend recommended I look into SDM Saraswatharista, claiming it totally helped her out. I tried to do some research, but I’m not super clear on how it works exactly. Saw that it’s supposed to help with digestion and even stress relief, but, like, how does it do that? I have this feeling that my gut issues might be tied to stress. Because, you know, life gets busy, and I often feel just overwhelmed after long workdays.
