Rabies OCD, jise aap describe kar rahe hai, an irrational fear hai rabies ke infection ka, jo baar-baar soch aur doubts ke roop me hota hai. Pehli baat, samajhna zaroori hai ki yeh strictly ek psychological concern hai, na ki physical rabies ka fear hone se direct relation mein. Agar aapko kisi janawar ne nahi kata hai ya aapka saliva exposure nahi hua hai, toh rabies hone ka real risk nahi hota.

Ayurveda ismein shant mann aur clarity par zyada zor deti hai. Aapke vichar ka cycle todne ke liye, mind ke saath kam karna hoga. Meditation ka daily routine set kare. Pratyahara aur dhyana techniques jo Yoganidra ke sath ho, aapke chetna ko shaant kar sakti hai. Din mein 20-30 min nikal kar deep breathing aur relaxation exercises kare.

Dietary changes bhi help kar sakte hain, vata dosha ko balance karne me. Apne diet mein gadha (heavy) aur snigdha (oily) foods shamil kar sang karke shanti paida karein. Har din ghee aur til oil ka upyog karein, ye aapke nervous system ko sukhad mahasoos karayega.
