Nightfall ki samasya ko samajne k liye sabse pehle hum aapka prakariti yaani dosha ko dekhte hain. Bohut baar ye baat samne aati hai ki vaat dosha ke bikshaann se aisi samasya ho sakti hai. Vaat ke karan hi man mein chanchalta, maansik kamjari aur sharirik samasya hoti hain. Isiliye vaat dosha ko sam pratishtha karke hum iss samasya ka hal nikal sakte hain.

Deh se adhik aapko apna man abal banana padega. Din mein teen baar acha prasad lo, jo ki vaastvik satvik bhojan ho jaise ghee, milk, fruits aur whole grains. Rat ko khane se do ghanta pehle khane ka samay rakhna chahiye. Ratri ko garmi wale khane khana aapko is tark ke saath nightfall ko reduce karne mein help kar skta hai.

Vaat ko shaant karne ke liye aap Lavangadi Vati aur Ashwagandha churna bhi le sakte hain. Har din sham ko Ashwagandha ki churna ko doodh ke saath lena aapke liye faydemand ho sakti hai. Ashwagandha stamina badhata hai aur man ko shanti deta hai jo ki nightfall se hone vali kamjori ko dur kar sakta hai.

Agar aap basker, 10 minute Pranayama bhi kar lete hain to aapka dhyan center ho payega jo aapke woh distraction aur bhoolne ki problem ko kam karega. Oil massages bhi beneficial hote hain, Vata ko balance karne mein. Sesame oil se massage aapke sharir ke sukhsham avayavon ko boost karega.
