I am really struggling with this annoying kidney issue. Been feeling super bloated and my lower back has been achey for a while now. I talked to my doc and got some tests done, but nothing serious showed up, thank goodness. Just a lot of discomfort, ya know? A friend suggested I try Nagarjuna Punarnavadi Kashayam Tablet, saying it worked wonders for them, but I'm kinda unsure. Like, how does it even help with kidney health? I read online that it helps with kidney problems and detoxing, and honestly, I’m just looking for relief. I tried a few home remedies too, like drinking lemon water and all that, but didn’t really do much. Now with all the bloating, I feel like just eating anything is a challenge. So, like, has anyone here actually used Nagarjuna Punarnavadi Kashayam Tablet? Did it really help with the kidney discomfort?
