I am really confused about this whole Everest Pippalyasava thing. Let me explain. I’ve been dealing with digestive issues for a while now, like bloating and irregular bowel movements (sorry if that's TMI). A friend mentioned Everest Pippalyasava and swears by it for gut health, which got me thinking. Last week, I tried some after reading about how it can help with digestion, but honestly, I’m not sure if it’s working. I mean, at first, I felt slightly better — my stomach didn’t feel as heavy — but then it seemed like those good effects wore off. Ugh, I checked the ingredients and it has so many herbs; like, are they supposed to work together or something? Has anyone else had experience with Everest Pippalyasava? Should I be taking it with food or on an empty stomach for best results? Also, I've been trying to follow a healthier diet, but it's been up and down. Might that affected how well the Everest Pippalyasava kicks in? Just feels like there’s always something!
