I am really worried about my health lately! I've been dealing with these annoying digestive issues for a while now. Like, it all started a few months ago after I went on a trek which, by the way, was supposed to be amazing. But after that, I started having this awful bloating and gas all the time. I heard about Everest Aragwatham Kashaya Sookshma Churna from an Ayurvedic friend who said it could really help with digestive problems. I tried to find more info on Everest Aragwatham Kashaya Sookshma Churna but honestly, I’m not sure how to use it correctly or even what the dosage should be.
