I am really struggling with some digestion issues lately. It all started a couple of months ago when I began feeling this bloating and discomfort after meals, especially with heavier food. I’ve tried various diets, but nothing seems to help much. A friend mentioned Sitaram Madhookasavam as a possible remedy, saying it works wonders for digestion. Has anyone tried it? I just don’t know if it's worth it! I mean, I heard it balances out the doshas and stuff like that. But here's the thing — I also have a bit of acidity and maybe some general lethargy?
