I am really confused about this whole pineapple juice thing. I read somewhere that pineapple juice is good for health, but my friend also said it can be bad for you? For like the past month, I've been drinking it almost every day because I thought it helps with digestion and boosts immunity. I've had some stomach issues lately, though, like bloating and weird cramps, and I’m just not sure if it's linked. I used to think pineapple juice was great, especially since it tastes so good, but now I’m questioning if I overdid it? I mean, actually, I don’t want to give it up entirely, I love it too much!
