For like the past month, I've been drinking it almost every day because I thought it helps with digestion and boosts immunity. I've had some stomach issues lately, though, like bloating and weird cramps, and I’m just not sure if it's linked. I used to think pineapple juice was great, especially since it tastes so good, but now I’m questioning if I overdid it? I mean, actually, I don’t want to give it up entirely, I love it too much! But if pineapple juice is good for health, how much should I really be having? I read somewhere that too much could lead to problems, but what’s considered too much? Also, I’ve heard it might interact with other stuff, like medications or something? Ugh, I just want to make sure my diet is balanced and not causing me issues.
