I am pretty confused right now about something I've been hearing a lot lately. I started drinking sugarcane juice becuz my friend said it was really good for energy, especially during the hot months. But then I went online and found all this stuff about whether is sugarcane juice heat for body... Like, is it bad to drink too much? I’ve been feeling kind of warm lately, especially after my workouts, and I can’t help but wonder if it’s from the sugarcane juice I’ve been having regularly. Some folks say it can give you heat in your body, while others are like “no way, it’s refreshing.” I’m just trying to figure it out. I mean, who wouldn’t love something that tastes that good and is natural? But then again, I also have some digestive issues sometimes, like bloating and stuff, and I think sugarcane juice could be making it worse?? Or at least i feel that way. Like is there a balance or something? Too much of anything is bad, right? Just a bit worried that I’m not doing the right things for my health. If anyone here can clear this up for me, like really — is sugarcane juice heat for body or what? Appreciate any info!
