Masturbation ke baare me kai misconceptions hain, parantu ye samajhna zaroori hai ki ye prakartik hai aur sahi se kiya jaye toh koi nuksan nahi karta. Lekin, aapke symptoms jese ki erection problems aur premature ejaculation ko samjhne ke liye thoda gambhirata se dekhna jaroori hai.
