I am really struggling with my stamina in bed lately, and it’s been kinda embarrassing. I mean, I’m in my late 30s and I thought I’d have more energy, right? Things were great a couple of years ago, but now it seems like after just a few minutes, I’m ready to tap out! My partner is understanding, but I really wanna improve this for both of us. I’ve tried working out more regularly and eating better, but I don't know if that’s enough. I read a bit about herbs and natural remedies in Ayurveda, and I’m curious how those could help. Like, how to increase stamina for sex male, specifically? Is there a go-to herb or a remedy that I could start with? Honestly, I’ve been feeling a bit lost with all the info out there. Also, I noticed some issues with anxiety and stress lately (life, you know?). Could that be playing a part too? I just wanna feel confident again, but I'm unsure where to begin. Avoid very spicy, oily or processed foods which can aggravate Pitta or cause ama (toxins). Eating at regular times supports agni (digestive fire), crucial for processing nutrients effectively.

When it comes to herbs, Ashwagandha is highly regarded in Ayurveda for enhancing sexual energy and reducing stress. A recommended dosage would be 500 mg daily, taken with warm milk.
