NUCART OA is a supplement that is typically used to manage joint discomfort and includes ingredients that are aimed at maintaining joint health. The main ingredients usually comprise of glucosamine, chondroitin, and methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), and these are not directly known to significantly impact kidney function or creatinine levels for most individuals. However, it’s always essential to bear in mind that every person’s body can react differently to supplements and medications.
Given your current creatinine level of 1.36, it’s slightly above the normal range, which generally can be from 0.6 to 1.3 mg/dL for adults. Since creatinine clearance reflects kidney function, any supplement, including NUCART OA, if taken in high doses or over an extended period, should be approached with caution especially if pre-existing kidney issues exist. Without more information on your overall health, it would be wise to consult with a healthcare provider. They can take into account other factors such as your age, weight, hydration status, and any other medications you might be taking that could interact or influence kidney function.
In terms of Ayurvedic perspective, joints and their health are very much guided by both Vata and Kapha doshas. If your diet or lifestyle is not balanced to manage these doshas, it might contribute to joint issues. To support your kidney function naturally and maintain balanced doshas, ensuring proper hydration and taking care of your digestion (agni) are crucial. Warm water with a pinch of cumin can support cleansing.
For the frozen shoulder, daily gentle exercises and an Ayurvedic massage with warm sesame oil can be beneficial. Always listen to the body’s response, and if there’s any concern or new symptom like swelling or fatigue, it should be followed up promptly with your physician. For any supplement or therapy, practical and achivable goals along with professional advice are keys to safetly navigating through health concerns.
