I am really curious about how to use himcolin gel of himalaya because I’ve heard a lot about it recently. A few months ago, I started experiencing these annoying muscle pains after my workouts. At first, I thought it was nothing, maybe just a sign that I was pushing myself too hard. But then it just lingered and even got worse. Ugh! I found out that a friend of mine swears by this himcolin gel of himalaya and says it works wonders for sore muscles. So, I got a tube, but I have no clue how to use it properly. Do I need to apply it before working out or after? And like, how much should I use each time? I read that some people have issues with it causing irritation or something if they don’t use it right. And since I'm prone to sensitive skin, I really don't want to mess this up. Is there a specific way on how to use himcolin gel of himalaya that makes it more effective or safe?
