Which medicines are used for body growth - #23028

I want to find ayurvedic medicine for body growth. Which helps me to increase my energy level and also have no side effects. I am basically more focused on increasing the my energy level and immunity to the body. Also prefer to me medicines which are increased my running ability.

Taking 500 mg of Ashwagandha powder with warm milk before bed is a traditional method to support muscle growth and enhance stamina.

For immunity boost, consider Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia), known as a powerful immunomodulatory agent. Consuming it as part of your diet or in supplement form could assist in enhancing the body’s resistance to illnesses. You may take it in a tablet form or as a decoction.

Chyawanprash is another excellent herbal tonic which is very popular for supporting overall health, energy, and immune function. Two teaspoons every morning on an empty stomach with warm water or milk can be quite beneficial. Its combination of herbs such as Amla helps in promoting vig or and strength.

For increasing running ability, focus on dietary and lifestyle changes as well. A balanced diet rich in proteins like dal, ghee, nuts, and milk helps in supporting muscle health. Regular yoga practices, particularly poses like Virabhadrasana (Warrior Pose) or Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation), can dramatically improve stamina over time.

Keep in mind to maintain proper digestion (agni), which is fundamental in Ayurveda to ensure that the body efficiently utilizes the nutrients. A simple herb like Trikatu powder can help stimulate digestion and metabolism.
