I am really struggling with this issue that I never thought would be a problem for me, but now it seems like it’s getting outta control. Like, I’ve been experiencing night fall way more often than I used to. I used to sleep like a baby, but for the last couple of months, I wake up almost every night feeling embarrassed and frustrated about it! I read online that this can be quite normal, especially if I’m stressed or something, but why does it feel like it’s happening all the time now? I mean, I tried changing my diet, eating more healthy foods and drinking herbal teas but still, I don’t see much improvement. I did some reading about how to reduce night fall and came across some Ayurvedic tips about balancing my doshas and incorporating certain herbs. But like, I’m confused. Is it really herbal remedies that can help me? Or should I focus on yoga or meditation instead? I kinda feel lost honestly. I also noticed after really long days, it feels like it gets worse, like is that a sign that my body is out of sync with itself? If anyone has found effective ways on how to reduce night fall through Ayurveda or any natural methods, I’m all ears!
