I am really confused about my gastritis and trying to figure out what to do. For the past month, I’ve been having these horrible stomach pains, a lot of bloating, and even some nausea after meals. My doctor says it’s gastritis, which I never thought I’d have! Anyway, I’ve been reading up on natural remedies and came across coconut water. I’m curious — is coconut water good for gastritis? Like, I’ve heard it’s super hydrating and has nutrients, but I’m not sure if it’ll make things worse or help me feel better. I tried it yesterday, and it did calm my stomach down a bit but then later I felt a bit queasy again...maybe it was just coincidence?? Ugh.
