Managing Exam-Related Mental Fatigue and Focus - #47572

I am a bams student preparing for upcoming final exams. I develop mental exhaustion and restlessness after about 2 hours of reading. Concentration drops significantly, and the mind feels overloaded. I f i get Adequate night sleep (around 7 hours) or a short afternoon nap helps me feel mentally refreshed and focused again. Due to exam schedule, I sometimes study late at night and feel fatigued the next day. Mainly I need enough sleep to study well How can I get enough sleep within less time (6hrs) I request your advice regarding management of exam-related mental fatigue and improving focus and calmness, preferably without sedative medications. Can I take brahmi vati (if yes which brand is best and dose) or patanjali medha vati?
