What is the treatment for anxiety, stress,blood pressure 140/100. Fatigue while <link removed> every morning. And having bone and bone joint stiffness with pains. 👉 Anxiety and stress can absolutely cause BP spikes, fatigue, and body pain, especially when they relapse every few months.

From an Ayurvedic perspective This pattern commonly fits:

Hello I totally get what you’re going through. When you’ve got anxiety, stress, BP that’s a little high (140/100), that tired feeling in the morning, and stiff joints all at once, it usually means there’s something bigger going on than just one thing being off.

Just treating the symptoms will only help for a bit – which sounds like what’s happening to you (feeling better for a couple of months, then it all comes back).

WHAT’S REALLY GOING ON (AYURVEDA STYLE)

Based on what you’ve said, it looks like things are out of balance in these main ways:

1. Too much Vata (the main issue) –Anxiety, can’t sit still –Joints hurt and feel stiff – Tired nerves

2. Pitta is involved too – High BP – Easily annoyed – Thinking too much

3. Weak tissue – Bones aren’t strong – Low energy – Exhausted in the morning

Plus: Toxins building up which makes the symptoms keep coming back

WHY IT KEEPS COMING BACK Because most treatments: * Quiet anxiety for a little bit * Don’t really fix your nervous system * Don’t get rid of toxins deep down * Don’t pay attention to how you live and sleep

So things get out of whack again in a few months.

A FULL PLAN (THE AYURVEDA WAY) (Safe for a long time, gets to the bottom of things)

1. For Anxiety & Stress (Mind + Nerves) Brahmi vati – 1 tablet in the morning and at night Shankhpushpi syrup – 2 tsp at night Jatamansi capsule – 1 at night

2. For BP (140/100) This is kind of high, Stage 1. Sarpagandha vati – 1 tablet at night (Only if your BP stays above 140) Also: Arjuna churna – 1/2 tsp in the morning with warm water

3. For Fatigue & Tissue Weakness –Ashwagandha churna – 1/2 tsp at night with milk – Shatavari – 500 mg every day

Builds back: –Energy –Hormone balance –Stronger muscles and bones

4. For Joint Pain & Stiffness –Yograj Guggulu – 2 tablets twice-a-day –Dashmool kwath – 20 ml twice-a-day Makes: –Less swelling –Less stiffness –Less achy

SUPER IMPORTANT DETOX (So it doesn’t come back)
