Persistent Back Acne and Skin Issues - #48852

I have been facing back acbe from last 1 year, every week new acne burst out, there is lot of dark spots and pimples,. Some acne are just like my skin is burned, after touching blood stains are often on my shirt

Diagnosis: Pimples/Acne Vulgaris – Moderate, Inflammatory Dosha Involved: Pitta-Kapha imbalance - Oral Medicines: Triphala Guggulu Tablets: 1 tablet (500 mg) after meals, twice daily for 2–3 months. Neem Guggulu Tablets: 1 tablet (500 mg) after meals, twice daily for 2–3 months. Manjistha Ghanvati Tablets: 1 tablet (500 mg) with water, twice daily for 2–3 months. Haridra (Turmeric) Tablets: 1 tablet (500 mg) with warm milk or water, once daily for 2–3 months. - External Medicine (Topical): Neem + Aloe Vera Gel/Cream: Apply a thin layer on affected areas 1–2 times daily. Haridra (Turmeric) Ointment: Apply on inflamed spots once daily, leave 20–30 minutes, then wash gently. - Dietary & Lifestyle Advice: Avoid oily, fried, and spicy foods. Eat cooling foods: cucumber, leafy greens, melons. Drink 2–3 liters of water daily. Wash clothes, bedsheets, and towels regularly. Avoid scratching or squeezing pimples. Bathe daily with mild soap; avoid harsh scrubs. - Follow-Up: Every 4 weeks to monitor improvement and adjust treatment. If pimples worsen, form large nodules, or bleed excessively, consult a dermatologist.
