My so.is 3 year old he doesn't speak at all. He shos some signs of autism. I have brought kottakal sarasvatarishtha and unjha pharmacy makarwajvati for him. How much should I give him.

Hello,
1. Saraswatarishtam with gold 5ml–0–5ml after breakfast and after dinner by adding equal amount of boiled cooled water.
2. Saaraswata churnam 1/4tsp mixed with honey to be licked 1/2 an hour before/after breakfast.
3. Kalyanaka ghritham 1/4 th teaspoon one hour after breakfast with a cup of warm milk
I would like to suggest that Makaradwaja vati  may not be ideal choice for now.
