Struggling with Dosha Imbalance and Digestive Issues - #51552

My all 3 doshas r imbalanced.First pitta got imbalanced causing acne then kapha causing mandagni & after sometime vata got imbalanced bcoz of mandagni. My symptoms- feeling hungry every 3 hours during dry seasons,Motion is always loose but not watery❌️,bloating 24/7,heaviness after eating, dry skin,red rash on cheeks with iching,insomnia,at night i am unable to sleep till 3am then i start feeling hungry & on staying hungry acidity starts downwards no heartburn no burning in chest but burning in anus.I tried taking cooling/ drying medicine for calming pitta but it increases gas,bloating & heaviness & i stop feeling hungry completely.Oily food also causes heaviness.Agni is low or imbalanced PLS HELP.Just 20 i can't focus on my career😭

Go with 1. Kamduga rasa 1-1-1 before food 2. Triphala Guggulu 1-1-1 After food Use ghee in warm food, take buttermilk after meals. Avoid chana, potato, Rajma, brinjal, breads, Preserved and bakery food, curds, cold drinks.
