Namaste, As you mentioned you are suffering from 10 years and you have vata predominance due to this your digestive fire reduced which causes accumulation of Aam in your body which leads to disturbed appetite ,skin issues , weight loss. treatment will be devided into two parts 1. pathya & apathya (dos & donts) 2. medicine 1.dos &donts a. avoid addiction of smoking, tobbaco, alcohol, caffine, tea etc if you have any b. follow a fix routine of sleep, having food, sleep c. avoid stress ( do some pranayam like anulom vilom , take a break of 5min after 1hr of work ) d. add ghee in your diet (mix it with moong daal ,as it will act as snehan which helps in vata suppresion (vata ptta prashamananam ) e avoid dairy products except ghee and chaach Rx 1. Avipati choornam 3gm before food with water twice a day 2. G T capsule 1capsule with water after food twice a day

This is a long standing digestive weakness where your system is not able to digest and absorb properly which is why so many symptoms are showing together first we need to calm the gut and improve digestion slowly do not worry about everything at once keep your food very simple warm and easy to digest take small frequent meals start your day with warm water you can take a little ginger with salt before food to improve appetite include ghee in your meals and take a small amount at night to help constipation avoid cold raw and outside food for some time try to maintain proper sleep and reduce stress as it directly affects your gut along with this you can take Biogest tablet one twice daily Astha choornam in small dose at bedtime and Jeerakarishtam after food to support digestion and improve appetite healing will take time but with consistent care your digestion strength and energy will gradually improve

Namaste, Your symptoms — long-term digestion issues, constipation, low appetite, nutritional deficiency, low weight, skin and hair problems, and low energy — indicate agni weakness with ama accumulation and vata-pitta imbalance affecting multiple systems. The focus should be on improving digestion, clearing ama gradually, and rebuilding strength and nourishment. Prefer warm, freshly cooked, easy-to-digest food. Start with simple meals like moong dal, rice, khichdi, and cooked vegetables. Include a small quantity of ghee regularly. Avoid raw, cold, packaged, and heavy foods. Eat at fixed timings even if appetite is low, and sip warm water throughout the day. Avoid overeating and irregular meals. Gentle routines like light walking, early sleep, and stress control are very important. Ayurvedic medicines with dose and timing: Chitrakadi Vati – 1 tablet, twice daily before food Avipattikar Churna – 1 teaspoon at bedtime with warm water Dadimashtaka Churna – 1 teaspoon, once daily with food Ashwagandha Lehyam – 1 teaspoon, twice daily with milk These are traditionally used to improve digestion, reduce ama, support nutrient absorption, and gradually improve strength and energy when combined with proper diet and routine. Since your condition is long-standing, improvement will be gradual and may take a few months with consistent care. Consultation can help tailor this further to your needs.

●Dietary Tips Eat cold, cool, and light foods. Consume more sweet, bitter, and astringent juices. Cucumber, bitter gourd, coconut water, milk, and ghee are beneficial. Avoid spicy and sour foods. Avoid sunlight and hot environments. ●Lifestyle and Seasonal Routine Take special precautions during summer. Avoid sunlight and hot places. Meditation and cooling pranayama (Shitali, Sheetkari) Moderate exercise – rest in a cool, ventilated place in the morning or evening. ●Traditional Ayurvedic Formula 1 -Asparagus + Conch Shell Ash (Shishkha Bhasma) Method of Consumption Asparagus Powder - 1 teaspoon • Conch Shell Ash - Take a pinch of both together with a little lukewarm water twice a day. Consuming this for about 2 weeks can help calm acidity and bile. ●Traditional Ayurvedic Formula 2 -Licorice + Mishri (Root) Consumption Method • Licorice Powder - 1/2 teaspoon • Mishri Powder - 1 teaspoon. Mix the two together and take them with lukewarm milk or water 1-2 times a day. This combination is believed to help • Reduce stomach irritation • Calm acidity • Soothe the throat and digestion ●Avipattikar churna . ●Vata-Balancing Diet • Warm, ghee-rich, oily, and moist foods. • Soups, porridge, mung bean porridge, ghee-based vegetables. • Sweet, sour, and salty juice balancers. Use milk, ghee, sesame oil, ginger, cinnamon, and dried ginger. • Limit cold, dry, crispy, or raw foods. ●Daily Routine for Vata • Morning and evening abhyanga (oil massage) with sesame or almond oil. • Yoga: Practice stable postures like Tadasana, Trikonasana, and Balasana. • Maintain a regular daily routine – set specific times for meals, sleep, and work. • Keep your body warm, soft, and protected during autumn and winter. Build mental stability through meditation and pranayama. ●Medicinal Preference (Basti) • Charaka Samhita, Chikki 28, states that Basti is predominant among the Vata doshas. Niruha, Anuvasana, Ksheera Basti – Vaidyas use these according to the stage of the disease. Perform these only under the supervision of a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner. ●7-Day Vata-Soothing Routine (At Home) Morning: Lukewarm water, sesame oil massage, light yoga Afternoon: Moong Khichdi, ghee-cooked vegetables; buttermilk until noon Evening: Warm ginger-fennel-cumin decoction Routine: Maintain a consistent sleep schedule • Night: Porridge/soup; oil massage on the feet and head before bed This is only helpful for general imbalances. In case of illness, guidance from a specialist physician is necessary. ●Rasa and Mitigation Theory Subscribe The Ashtanga Hridayam states: • Sweet, sour, and salty rasas - calm Vata • Bitter, pungent, and astringent rasas - aggravate Vata Khichdi with ghee, hot soup, cooked porridge, sweet fruits, and cooked food with salt are suitable for the plate.
