Hello, I am 17 years old. I need consultation for the following concerns: 1. I want to lose weight in a healthy and safe way. My current weight is 74 kg, and I want to reduce it gradually and then maintain a healthy weight. 2. I am facing hair fall. Please suggest natural/home remedies and a proper routine for hair care, including oiling and washing routine to reduce hair fall and improve hair growth, thickness, shine, and overall hair health. My scalp is oily. 3. I want a proper full routine for healthy skin and body care, including reducing dark spots naturally. I want clear, glowing, and smooth skin. Please suggest a suitable facewash for oily skin and any natural face masks if needed. 4. I want to improve my memory and concentration. 5. My eyesight is weak, so I need guidance for eye health improvement. Also, please suggest a full daily routine for me, including: - Proper diet plan for weight loss and good health - Best exercises for fat loss and fitness - Yoga and breathing exercises for stress, hair fall, and skin health Please suggest home remedies first. If needed, you may also recommend Ayurvedic medicines.

Your condition suggest your kapha and pitta are imbalanced . Since you have an oily scalp and skin, but are also experiencing hair fall and memory issues, the goal is to detoxify the body while nourishing the nervous system.
Take the prescribed medications consistently and you will se results in 2-3 months , ayurveda takes time because it works on root cause . For weight mangement :— Drink lukewarm water throughout the day. It helps in metabolizing fat. Mix 1 tsp organic honey and half a lemon in a glass of lukewarm water. Drink this on an empty stomach every morning. Eliminate heavy, sticky foods like curd at night, refined flour (Maida), and excessive sweets. Hair care :—- Use a natural cleanser like Aritha (Soapnut) and Shikakai powder mixed into a paste. This removes excess oil without stripping the scalp. Internal consumption of Amla. Eat one fresh Amla daily or take 1 tsp of Amla powder with water at night. And use the oil I prescribed . Skin care :— Use a Gram flour (Besan) and Turmeric paste instead of soap. Mix Multani Mitti (Fuller’s Earth) with a little Rose water. Apply for 10 minutes once a week to control oil. And I added a blood purifier . Memory concentration eyesight:— Memory: Take Brahmi Ghritham. Eyesight—Practice Trataka (candle gazing) for 2 minutes every night. • Remedy: Mix equal parts Almonds, Fennel seeds (Saunf), and Mishri. Grind and take 1 tsp with warm milk before bed. Morning (6:00 AM – 8:00 AM) 1. Detox: Honey-lemon water. 2. Yoga: 12 rounds of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) for fat loss. 3. Pranayama: Kapalbhati (10 mins) for weight loss and Anulom Vilom (10 mins) for stress and hair health. 4. Exercise: 30 minutes of brisk walking or HIIT to sweat out toxins. Diet Plan • Breakfast: Moong Dal Chilla, Oats, or Upma with plenty of vegetables. • Lunch: 2 Multigrain Rotis, a large bowl of seasonal vegetables, and a small portion of thin buttermilk (Chaas) with roasted cumin. • Evening Snack: Roasted Makhana or a piece of fruit (Apple/Papaya). No tea/coffee with sugar. • Dinner (By 7:30 PM): Vegetable soup or Moong Dal Khichdi. Keep dinner very light to allow the body to burn fat overnight.

Okay for a healthy weight loss following a deficit diet of about 500 calorie is enough. Even an instant noodle packet contain that much calories. Check the caloric values of any processed snacks you are taking and maintain a diet of about 1600 calories in a day. This kind of diet will improve your insulin function and help in gradually healthy weight loss. Sudden weightloss will not be good for you it will have adverse effects on growth. Considering your age, your diet should contain 20-30 % each fats and protein and fat and the rest carbohydrate because your body still needs fuel to grow. Have you checked your Hb levels.i can provide you a diet chart of you detail your dietary habits and daily routine. In terms of exercise doing suryanamaskara will benefit you in stretching and strengthening body and muscles.do head massage with the oil mentioned 3 times a week. Possibly with a scalp massager and wrap a warm towel around your head for 10 minutes before showering. Only use normal temp water on head. Along with anuloma and viloma pranayama also do surya bhedi and chandrabhedi pranayamas and bhramari pranayama. You can find tutorials online. As for medicines it’s better you don’t take medicines intended for fat burn instead focus on medications improving your digestive health, liver and endocrine functions for maintaining health with a long term vision. It’s normal to develop vision disturbance if you are rapidly gaining height. You can use oil or ghee to massage your eye lids and follow eye exercise. Also using the powder mentioned above as a face pack will improve your skin and vision. The powder and tablet are essentially the same combination. If you are taking the tab 1 tab twice daily afterfood and if you are taking the powder 1 teaspoon at bedtime with water .The syrup should be taken 25 ml twice daily after food. These medications will improve your overall health, weight, vision and skin health. Once you are at your ideal weight probably in 2-3 months we can start a rejuvenating protocol as a regular supplimentary nutrition to lock in the results achieved for another 2 weeks and stop all medications.
