Log kya kehte hain uspar dhyan mat dijiye, kyunki abhi aapki growth plate band hone mein thoda waqt baaki hai, isliye hum koshish zaroor kar sakte hain. ​Ayurveda ke hisab se height ‘Asthi Dhatu’ (bones) aur ‘Vata’ balance par depend karti hai.
