Avoid sugary foods, bakery items, soft drinks, junk food, and late-night eating. Increase walking and regular physical activity daily. More protein, vegetables, and warm home-cooked food will help reduce cravings naturally. Drinking warm water and avoiding frequent snacking can also help control hunger. Medohar Guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily after food Kanchanar Guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily after food Triphala churna – 1 teaspoon with warm water at bedtime This can help support metabolism, reduce cravings, and improve PCOS symptoms gradually.
