A blood test for Vitamin B12, CBC, and blood sugar is advisable before starting treatment. Take • Ashwagandha Churna – 3 g with warm water or milk twice daily after food. • Brahmi Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food. • Chyawanprash – 1 tsp twice daily. Diet: Include milk, ghee, paneer, curd, and if non-vegetarian, eggs, fish, and meat regularly, as these are natural B12-rich foods. • Vegetarians with confirmed B12 deficiency often require Vitamin B12 supplementation because plant foods contain very little reliable B12.
