I’m not ready for that and am desperate to find natural remedies for severe pain that can actually work. Does Ayurveda offer long-term relief for pain this intense? Are there any specific herbs or treatments that can target inflammation and nerve-related pain? I’ve heard about Dashmool and Guggulu for pain management, but I don’t know how effective they are or if I need to pair them with therapies like Panchakarma or Abhyanga.
