I'm taking addyzoa for 1 and half month - #10056

Hi. I'm taking addyzoa capsule for one and half month after I am have been diagnosed with low sperm count and mobility. I'm taking it with omega 3 capsule quest 1000g and coenzyme 10. I'm some results in the first month with how mh sperms look but recently I'm undergoing some severe stress and I also had day dreams for 2 or times and I checked my sperm. It looks water and not sticky white. Should I continue taking the addyzoa capsule or I support till I'm stress free and restart?

1. Continue Taking Addyzoa and Supplements Addyzoa, omega-3, and Coenzyme Q10 are beneficial for improving sperm health and motility. Do not stop them, as consistency is essential for effective results. These supplements work best when combined with proper stress management, lifestyle adjustments, and diet. 2. Ayurvedic Herbs to Support Addyzoa Add these Ayurvedic remedies to further enhance Shukra dhatu:

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera): A potent adaptogen to reduce stress and improve sperm quality. Take 1 tsp of Ashwagandha powder with warm milk at bedtime. Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus): Balances hormones and nourishes reproductive tissues. Take 1 tsp of Shatavari powder with honey in the morning. Kapikachhu (Mucuna pruriens): Enhances sperm count and motility. Available as capsules or powder; take as per dosage instructions. 3. Before making changes to your current routine, consider figuring out where the stress is coming from.

Stopping the Addyzoa might not be immediately necessary unless you’re having specific side effects. But hey, nothing wrong with giving yourself breaks if needed—both mentally and from supplements, occasionally. In Ayurveda, managing stress is integral, so focus on that. Maybe try simple mindful practices, like daily breathing exercises. Just a few quiet minutes every day can help keep stress at bay.

To nurture your sperm health back, consider more Kapha foods to nourish tissues. Think whole grains, nuts, and seeds - they’re also generally good for building Ojas, which is directly linked to vitality.

If you wanna tackle the stress more directly, applying some topical oils like bhringraj oil or sesame oil with gentle massage can calm the mind and balance Vata.
