Can Ayurveda treat a left ovarian cyst of 11.8 cm and elevated TSH levels in a 30-year-old woman? - #53615

I am 30 year old female, married 4 months back and have no child yet. i have been detected with simple left ovarian cyst of 11.8×10.9×6.3 cm volume= 432 cc. TSH level 5.77. Allopathic doctors have suggested surgery. Is it curable with ayurvedic medicine.please guide.

●For Overian cyst-Shilasimdur,Giloy Extract ,Coral powder , Pearl powder , Kaharwa Powder , Punarnavad Mandur ,Vridhivadhika Vati Mix all the herbs and make 60 sachets. Take with water and honey half an hour before breakfast and dinner. ● Kanchanar Guggulu,Stree Rasayan Vati Take one tablet each morning and evening with lukewarm water after meals. ●For elevated TSH-Sarvakalpa Kwath,Mulethi kwath mix both herbs in 1 teaspoon each and boil in 400 ml of water. When 100 ml remains, strain and drink on an empty stomach in the morning and evening. ●Trikatu powder,Coral powder,Godanti bhasma,Baheda powder ,Shilasindoor,Copper Bhasma,Pearl Powder Mix all the herbs and make 60 packets. Consume with water, honey, and cream half an hour before breakfast and dinner. ● Kanchanar Guggulu Vridhivadhika Vati,Arogyavardhini Vati Take one tablet of each three tablets three times a day, half an hour after breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with lukewarm water. ●Hamspadi kwath- 2 teaspoon 2 times a day after food
