Hi Ritesh,

Are you experiencing any pain or discomfort related to the prostate or kidney stone, such as during urination or in your lower back? Also, how are your urination patterns—are you urinating frequently, with urgency, or experiencing any difficulty?

For prostate health, Gokshura and Saw Palmetto are commonly used in Ayurveda to support urinary function. For kidney stones, Pashanbheda and Chandraprabha Vati may help with stone management and urinary health. As for protein in the urine, consider Punarnava to support kidney function. It’s important to consult an experienced Ayurvedic practitioner who can guide your treatment specifically, as these conditions require tailored care.

Understanding your situation involves multiple facets, let’s delve into a comprehensive approach. Your prostate size, kidney stone, and protein in urine indicate several underlying issues that need attention. With Ayurveda, we focus not just on symptoms but on balancing the doshas, particularly the Vata-Pitta imbalance often responsible for urinary and prostate issues.

For your prostate health, consider Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris), which is traditionally known for supporting prostate health and urinary function. Take Gokshura powder in half teaspoon with warm water twice daily. Also, Varunadi Vati can be considered to support kidney function and managing stone formation. Two tablets twice daily after meals might be beneficial.

The kidney stones you mentioned are small, could possibly be expelled naturally. Drinking barley water and a concoction of Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa) may support kidney health. Keep well-hydrated with warm water, avoid cold and sugary drinks.

Protein traces in urine point towards an excess Pitta or Kapha imbalance; consuming Triphala churna (1 teaspoon with warm water at night) may help in detoxifying and improving digestion. A Pitta-pacifying diet, which includes more cooling and less spicy foods, could be beneficial.

Don’t forget lifestyle changes are crucial. Pranayama - specifically Nadi Shodhana and Anulom Vilom - can be practiced daily to calm the mind and body, supporting overall well-being.

See a qualified Ayurvedic doctor who can tailor treatment to your unique constitution and specific conditions. Don’t ignore allopathic recommendations if your condition escalates, as an integrative approach might be essential.

In conclusion, guard against stress and avoid alcohol and caffeine, they can worsen symptoms. Keep reviewing with healthcare practitioners to ensure the approach remains suitable and safe. Sometimes, it requires patience and consistent efforts to find relief through Ayurveda.
