I am suffering from IBS Dr. can you suggest any ayurvedic medicine for it. I also under treatment of bp and colestrol. Both of it now looking normel. Just one year before I was hospitalized due to dangu fever. After that l am having these types of complaint (which I mentioned above)

Rx.- Bilwadi Churna – 1 teaspoon twice daily with lukewarm water after meals

Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after meals

Triphala Guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily after meals

Dietary Guidelines: Eat:

Freshly cooked, warm, and easily digestible food

Moong dal khichdi

Steamed vegetables like bottle gourd, pumpkin, and ridge gourd

Spices such as cumin, ajwain, and fennel in cooking

Avoid:

Cold food and drinks

Raw vegetables

Dairy products (especially if they worsen your symptoms)
