How to get rid of chronic constipation - #21102

How to get rid of chronic constipation after all i drinks a plenty of water then how can i get rid from this problem. It is about to be one year or more than one year there is same problem I am facing. I also do colonoscopy there is only internal hemmoroid but now there is no symtoms that is ok... But how to get rid of constipation

Morning routine - Drink one glass normal water before brushing, whilde you do so sit in malasana in fresh air and carry good thoughts. Do this for 5 minutes in morning.

After lunch sit in vajrasan for 15 minutes and do light walking after your dinner.

I dont know,what is your daily routine and habits ,but i am sure it is not proper Follow Daily Routine Changes:

1.drink a glass of lukewarm water mixed with a little lemon juice in the morning. 2.Walk for 5 minutes twice daily (early morning on an empty stomach and at night before sleeping). * Do yoga exercises daily for a few minutes:

Pawanmuktasana (Gas-Relieving Pose)

Vajrasana (Diamond Pose) after meals

Anulom Vilom and Kapalbhati Pranayama for 5 minutes each


2. Diet Changes:

Eat fiber-rich foods: Cooked vegetables (like bottle gourd, ridge gourd, spinach)

Fruits: papaya, guava, apple, pear Soaked 5–7 black raisins in the morning on an empty stomach Avoid eating when you’re not hungry or overeating. Include curd and buttermilk daily — they aid digestion. Keep dinner light and early (before 8 PM).

I recommend sipping on warm herbal teas throughout the day, like ginger or triphala tea, which help kindle the digestive fire and promote bowel activity. Triphala, a classic Ayurvedic formula, is particularly effective for constipation. Taking a teaspoon of triphala powder with warm water before bedtime works as a gentle laxative.

Establish a daily routine. Try to wake up, eat meals, and go to bed at the same time every day. This regularity can propel your body’s natural rhythms into a state of balance, contributing to more regular eliminations.

Movement is essential, so engage in a daily practice of gentle yoga or walking to stimulate the digestive tract. Poses like forward bends can be particularly helpful.

Mindfulness techniques, such as deep breathing or meditation, can also be beneficial, as stress is a common contributor to Vata imbalances and digestive issues. Make sure to take time out to relax and rejuvenate your mind and body.

If these measures don’t bring about relief, I recommend consulting an Ayurvedic practitioner closely to explore further personalized interventions. But with these steps, you’re steering towards creating a supportive environment for your system to function optimally.
