How to control TSH and T4 - #21228

My period was always delayed.and my period come only 3 times in a year And my weight is always gain.. Skin roughly please guide me sir how to control my thyroid please I am suffering from throid since 2019

Avoid spicy food, fermented foods, maida, fried food, bekary food, more intake of tea or coffee, avoid sugar and sugar processed food Start doing yoga start with simple Surya namaskar 5 cycle daily and gradually increase the number of Surya namaskar Do walking regularly atleast 5000 steps Do pranayama atleast 15 mins daily Do kapalbhati daily Take more water, more salad, leafy green Veggies, sprout Take butter milk daily Take tab Kanchanara guggulu 1 bd after food Tab shivagutika 1 bd after food Rajapravartini vati 1tid after food Varunadi kashaya 15 ml bd before food Take phalasarpi 1 tsp with milk If possible visit the nearby panchakarma centre and take one course of Virechana karna or vamana karma
