I am Suffering Indigestion, Acidity And Constipation For Long Time. I am also suffering from very low energy. Sabse jyada pareshan hu Indigestion se. Kuch bhi kha lu, bilkul bhi digest nhi hota. Pet me esa hi rakha rhta hai subha se rat tk. Allopathic medicine kha kha kr thak chuka hu. All investigations are normal. Doctors bolte hai ki FGID hai

Yeh bahut common baat hai, especially agar stress ya unhealthy lifestyle ho. Ayurveda ke hisab se, FGID (Functional Gastrointestinal Disorder) often hota hai jab Agni (digestive fire) weak ho jata hai ya Vata, Pitta ke imbalance ki wajah se ho. Tumhara jo indigestion hai, wo weak agni ka sanket hai. Sabse pehle to, apna routine thoda change karne ki koshish karo.

Khane ko properly chew karo, aram se khaane ka maza lo. Kabhi jaldi mat khana; eat slow. Acha hoga agar meals fix samay par le sako. Khana garam aur freshly prepared hi hona chahiye, avoid processed ya reheated food. Subah uthte hi gun-guna paani peene se achha hota hai. Isse agni ko activate karne me help milti hai.

Herbal remedy, Triphala churna sleep se pehle lu, ek chammach naram paani ke saath. Ye acha hai constipation clear karne ke liye aur digestion shuru hone mein madad karta hai. Ajwain aur saunf ko paani ke saath boil kar lo aur isse din mein chote-chote sips le lo. Aise bhi le sakte ho ki after meals ek chutki ajwain kha lo, wo bhi helpful rahega bloating aur indigestion ke liye.

Daily routine me thoda physical activity, jaise brisk walk ya yoga ho jitna possible ho, add karo. Evening walk after dinner se digestion me bhi bahut help milti hai. Surya namaskar agni ko boost karne ke liye effective hai.

Low energy levels ko boost karne liye, ashwagandha powder le sakte ho, ek chammach dudh ke saath, raat ko. Ye stress bhi reduce karta hai aur energy ko badhata hai.

Dhyan aur pranayam jaise Breathing exercises se bhi vata aur pitta balance rakhne me madad milti hai, lekin ye sab kuch dhire dhire hi hoga, patience is key here. Stress ko kam karna zaroori hai, kyunki vo digestion ko kahin na kahin effect karta hamesha. Dheere dheere, in saari habits ko apnapo; dekho, fark padega.
