I have problem in erection and I ejaculate within a minute my wife is not satisfied with me that's why I take pills and without pills i cannot perform and i take long time to get ready for next round please help me to come out from this situation

Avoid excessive caffeine, spicy foods and too much salt as it’s said to aggravate Vata, make sure meals are warm and nourishing.

Herbdal supplements can be considered, like Ashwagandha and Shatavari, which are known to enhance vitality and stamina. Ashwagandha, in particular, can have positive effects on stress reduction and energy levels. You can take Ashwagandha powder, around 1 teaspoon with warm milk twice a day.

Daily routine is also an important aspect; incorporate a regular sleep cycle ensuring quality sleep is achieved. Yoga and Pranayama can significantly help: Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) and meditation have a calming influence that balances Vata. Perform Dhanurasana (Bow Pose) and Bhramari Pranayama for improved blood flow and relaxation, spend at least fifteen minutes daily in such practices.

Lastly, it’s essential to manage mental and emotional stress. Communication with your partner aids in mutual understanding and can reduce performance pressure. Remember, pills and artificial means should not be solely relied upon; aim for a balance with these holistic practices.
