I am really curious about how to increase y chromosome in male sperm naturally. My partner and I have been trying to conceive for a while now, and we're hoping for a boy. I recently read something about the influence of the y chromosome in determining the sex of the baby and I can't help but wonder, is there a way to actually increase y chromosome in male sperm naturally? I mean, I've heard about diets, timing of intercourse, and even grandmothers' tales, but it's so confusing! Like, do certain foods really help? We mostly eat a standard diet, but I'm kinda thinking of switching things up. I read that having a more alkaline environment might help, but how realistic is that, you know? Also, does stress tempere the chances? Because, honestly, this baby-making thing has been high pressure for us!!
