I am really struggling with somethin and need help. My partner and I have been trying to conceive for a while now, and we recently found out that we might have a chance of having a baby boy depending on the Y chromosome. I've been doing all sorts of reading, and I keep coming across tips about how to increase y chromosome levels naturally, but it all seems a bit overwhelming. Like, I heard that certain diets or supplements might help, but I dunno what’s really effective. We’ve tried some different foods, like lots of fruits and proteins, but honestly, I can't tell if it's making a difference. There are also those theories about timing and positions during ovulation too. What’s your take on these? I really want to understand how to increase y chromosome chances without getting too carried away or stressed. Do you think it’s even possible to influence the Y chromosome like that?? Any advice or personal experiences would be super helpful!
