I am really worried about my mom lately. She was diagnosed with kidney issues a few months back, and she's been struggling a lot. We try to explore different foods and remedies that could help her feel better. I heard about kokum and I’m really curious if is kokum good for kidney patients? Like, I read that it has some health benefits, but can it actually help with her kidney problems, or might it do more harm? She used to love adding kokum to her dishes in the summer, especially in salad dressings and drinks, but now I’m unsure if it’s safe. Her doctor didn’t really mention anything about it, and I just want to make sure we’re doing the right thing. Anyway, she’s got swelling in her legs and feels tired all the time. It just breaks my heart seeing her like this, you know? Any insights or personal experiences with kokum and kidney health would be super helpful! Thanks a ton!
