I have nightfall from 5 year due to over masturbation and not able to control the semen flow and whenever saw and think of adult thing liquid material comes out from penis..and even Ihave nightfall 4-5 days in a week and even twice a day sometimes ,my penis become very weak

Your symptoms- frequent nightfall(nocturnal emissions), penile burning, premature ejaculation, weak erection, and seminal leakage on arousal- are relatively common but can be distressing. In Ayurveda, these are often classified under shukra dhatu kshaya(depletion of reproductive tissue) or dhat syndrome.

SYMPTOMS -Nightfall(swapnadosha)= 4-5 times a week, sometimes twice a day -Sticky discharge or semen leakage when you think or see anything sexual -Burning sensation in penis -Premature ejaculation- very short timing -Penis feels weak, probably less erection strength or thickness -Mentally disturbed, likely overthinking , feeling anxious or ashamed .

WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING -your body’s semen production system is overactive, and the mind and body are not able to control sexual excitement, even when you dont want it.
