My dad, he’s been dealing with some kidney issues for a while now, and we've been trying to find foods that are actually helpful for him. I read somewhere that is kala chana good for kidney patients? I mean, it’s got protein and fiber, right? But I wonder if those things might be too harsh on his kidneys or if there’s anything to watch out for. He loves legumes, and I thought kala chana could be a good option for him to add some variety to his diet.
