I am really worried about my fertility right now. A few months back, I visited a doc for a routine checkup and he mentioned that my sperm count is lower than normal. Honestly, it hit me hard because I've been trying to conceive with my partner for some time now. We’ve read a lot online, but it's like, which medicine increase sperm count? I’ve tried to eat healthier and even started jogging, but I don’t know if that’s enough. I've looked into a bunch of supplements too, but I’m not sure what actually works. I came across some Ayurvedic solutions that supposedly help – but I'm confused about which medicine increase sperm count is worth trying.
