It clearly suggest vata and pitta disturbance.
In Ayurveda many best drugs are there which can help both in fatigue and menstrual issues.
Rx-
Kumariasava- 5ml twice a day after meal.
Drakshava - 5ml twice a day after meal.
Tab. Praval pishti 1 tablet twice a day after meal.
Shatavari kalp with milk at night.
Within 15 days she gets relief in her menstrual issues and fatigue.
