Yes you can recover, but need to continue medication for 3 months later after follow up we can decide further course of action. Take Pilex tablet 2-2-2 after food with water Avipattikar tablet 1-0-1 after food with water Pilex cream apply on anal region twice daily. Diet: Avoid spicy fried foods, avoid nonveg food, also eggs seafood to be avoided Take More of green vegetables and fresh fruits. Drink adequate amount of water Do sitz bath twice daily with warm water,by putting few drops of. betadine or potassium permanganate. Follow up after 1 month
