Grade 1 phimosisand may be a tight frenulum too - #26854

I have a grade 1 phimosis I am able to retractmy foreskin in flaccid state but it is tight in erect state. In erect state I can onlypull it 30%. Also I think I have a tight frenulum. Would someone pls advise how ayurveda can cure this any treatment or surgery in ayurveda?

Put extra virgin coconut oil on tip of penis and slowly try to retract the foreskin. Stop when pain Try doing this gradually foreskin will start retracting If painful and not able to do it consult Urologist
