Pesab me rukawat aur bar-bar jana pde to aapni problem ko samajhne ke liye Ayurveda me kafi kuch mehje ke sath samjha jaata hai, ki t honi chahiye. Aapke lakshanon se lagta hai ki aapke urinary system mein kuch imbalance hai jo vata dosa ke karan ho sakta hai. Aayurveda ke anusar, vata prakop hone par aise lakshan ho sakte hai.

Sabse pehle, apne diet aur aahar par dhyan dena zaroori hai. Aapko garm aur ghrisht bhojan lena chahiye jo vata shamak ho. Isme til ka tel, ghee, garm doodh aur garm masale jese adrak, elaichi shamil honi chahiye. Thande aur rukhe cheezon, jese ki kadhi khatti chinen aur soda drinks se bachna chahiye. Talate waqt kafi flushes bhi lena matter karta hai.

Pani ka theek se sevan karna bhi zaroori hai, par zyada paani ek saath peene se bachna chahiye. Din me har ghate thoda-thoda paani peete rahna chahiye, ye urinary tract ko sukarakshit rakhta hai.

Uric acid ke liye aapko purine-rich foods jese machchi, non-veg, beer aur madhur dravya se door rahna chahiye. Fresh anar, kali dal, aur ghia (lauki) yahaan fayde mand ho sakte hain. Isse aapka uric acid level control me aa sakta hai.

Kuch yogasana jaise bhujangasana aur dhanurasana aapki bladder ki health sudharne me sahyogi ho sakte hain. Din charya me thodi physical activity uthna-zaroori hai par zaroori hai ki adhik samay tak na baithe rahen.

Agar doctor ne neurogenic bladder kaha hai, to isse Ayurvedik upchhar ke sath-sath doctor ki salah lena zaroori hai, kyonki ye complex condition ho sakta hain jiska rai ganic ahleke require karte hain.
