1️⃣ शमन चिकित्सा (आंतरिक औषधियां)

✅ Include-

गुनगुना, हल्का, सुपाच्य और ताजा भोजन करें। मूंग दाल खिचड़ी, घी, चावल, सूप, इलायची दूध, पका केला, पपीता, भुना जीरा, हींग का प्रयोग करें। दिन में 5 छोटे भोजन लें बजाय 2 बड़े भोजन के।

❌ वर्जित आहार:

Jab IBS ki baat aati hai, to pet ki agni ko sambhalna aur dosh samyavastha ko barkar swasth banana jaruri hota hai. WHAT IS IBS IN SIMPLE TERMS? IBS is a chronic inflammation of the intestine. It can cause -poor digestion and absorption - frequent pain, gas, constipation/diarrhea - weight loss and nutrient deficiency - relapse (flareups) and remissions

In Ayurveda, this is similar to Grahani Roga, a condition where your Agni(digestive fire) is disturbed, causing Ama(toxins) and Pitta-vata imbalance

Aapki IBS aur wajan na badhne ki samasya shayad vata dosh ke prakop se judi ho sakti hai. IBS ke lakshan, jaise ki pet dard, gas, aur apach, aksar vata dosh ke asantulan se hoti hain. Jab vata ka prabhav badhta hai, to ye aapke agni (pachan kriya) ko kamzor kar sakta hai, jis se poshak tatvon ka roopantray sahi dhang se nahi hota. Isse wajan na badhna aur sharir ki snehan (sirchurat) ki kami ho sakti hai.

Aapko diet aur lifestyle me kuch parivartan karne honge. Pratyek bhojan ke saath ghee ka thoda prayog karein, kyunki ghee agni ko suddha karne me madad karta hai aur vata ko shant karta hai. Bhojan ko choti choti matra mein le, aur garam aur pakaya hua bhojan ko prathmikta dein.

Triphala churna ek achha vikalp hai, jo aapke pachan tantra ko sudhar sakta hai. Ratri me sone se pehle 1 chamach triphala churna garam paani ke saath le. Isse aapko IBS ke lakshan me rahat mil sakti hai.

Ashwagandha churn bhi upayogi ho sakta hai, kyunki ye vata ko shant karta hai aur sharir ki snehan mein sahayak hai. Din me do baar ek chamach doodh mein ghole kar le sakte hain.
